Imboden Creek Gardens is located on a beautiful campus in Decatur, IL. Our campus includes Villas for an independent living option as well as a skilled nursing facility. Regardless of your level of care need, this campus can offer it all. Imboden Creek Gardens offers the opportunity to live more independently, on your terms. DINING & NUTRITION
Imboden Creek Garden provides 3 restaurant meals per day as part of its all-inclusive service package. Residents are served by staff for a relaxing dining experience. ICG offers a cooked-to-order breakfast and extended meal times for morning, afternoon and evening dining. Two entrees are available for lunch and there are several a la carte options from which to choose.
ACTIVITIES & RECREATION
The Gardens provides its residents various avenues for exercise and physical activity. A paved sidewalk meanders through the campus; it circles the large fountain pond, up to the gazebo and then back around the building. Chair exercise class is in session 6 days per week and walking club can be seen up and moving at various times during the day.
BEAUTY & BARBER SHOP
Our Beauty/Barber Shop hosts a licensed cosmetologist who provides residents a variety of options from regular shampoo and cut to sets, perms, and color.
